  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 medium tomato (diced)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic powder for seasoning

  • Oregano for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Butterfly slice the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet; brown chicken slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
