  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups panko (gluten-free if needed)
  • Spray oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Chives or green onions for serving
  • Black or white sesame seeds for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth. Coat the cauliflower florets in this mixture.
  3. Roll the coated cauliflower in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered and place on the baking sheet. Spray lightly with oil for crispiness.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While baking, mix together mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar for the bang bang sauce.
