  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
