  • ½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons jerk seasoning
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (45 ounces each)
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, lime juice, and jerk seasoning. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
