  • 1 thinly sliced green pepper
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 thinly sliced onion (white or red)
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
