  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal (optional)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ranch dressing by whisking mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Adjust the consistency with milk. Refrigerate.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, cornmeal (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
