  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup jarred sliced peperoncini, chopped
  • 1 pound deli meat of choice (chicken slices or turkey pepperoni)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
