  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Cooking spray
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free cheese)
  • Gluten-free pizza or spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, basil, and oregano until combined.
  4. Mix in Bisquick mix, water, and olive oil until smooth.
  5. Lightly spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  6. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full with the batter.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and spoon on sauce.
  8. Add more cheese on top and any additional toppings you desire.
  9. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
