  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • butter lettuce
  • tzatziki sauce
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • sliced onion
  • sliced tomato
  • sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into four equal patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Assemble your burgers using butter lettuce as a base and top with tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, sliced onions, tomatoes, and avocado.
