  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, broccoli, or mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté cauliflower rice in olive oil for 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
