  • 1 cup golden monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 large eggs (or vegan substitutes)
  • 1/2 cup butter (or dairy-free butter, softened)

  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the golden monk fruit sweetener, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; fold in keto chocolate chips and any additional mix-ins.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let cool before slicing into squares.
