  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup full-fat sour cream
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 tbsp melted butter (total)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures until a thick batter forms.
  5. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Scoop batter into muffin pan (9 cups).
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush warm biscuits with garlic butter mixture.
  9. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
