  • 80 g green or yellow pepper chopped
  • 145 g red pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup canned crushed tomato
  • 1.5 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until caramelized.
