  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (Good Culture recommended)
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing (Bolthouse Farms recommended)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (G.Hughes recommended)
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Grill, bake, or pan-fry the chicken filet until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (approximately 6-8 minutes per side).
  2. While cooking the chicken, scoop ½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese into a mixing bowl.
  3. Once cooked, slice the chicken filet into strips and place it on top of the cottage cheese.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce over the sliced chicken.
  5. Finish by sprinkling reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese on top and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
