  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning (to season)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss in a mixing bowl with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
  2. Layer seasoned potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place seasoned chicken on top of potatoes and spread minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
  5. Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken to coat thoroughly.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  7. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover again to let it melt.
  8. Serve warm garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
