- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the sausages for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
