  • 2 pints cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 ⅓ cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat cauliflower florets in the batter and then in Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the breaded florets on a parchment-lined baking tray; drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While baking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
