- 1/3 to 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips + more for the top
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C) and prepare a muffin pan with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: oat flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until blended.
