  • 2/3 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/22/3 tsp sea salt

  1. Soak cashews in cold water for at least 3 hours or boil for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain and rinse.
